Roberts & Co is a husband-and-wife practice: both Adam and Ariana carries out every inspection. There is no panel, no outsourcing, and no version of this where your survey is someone’s ninth job of the week.
We deliberately carry out one survey a day. It costs us volume; it buys you attention — a full inspection, a considered report, and a proper conversation afterwards with the person who was in the building.

Ariana is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and takes a hands-on approach to every inspection. She personally assesses the property from top to bottom, including areas such as the roof space and subfloor.
