Roberts & Co is the trading name of AR & AR Surveyors Ltd (company no. 16814373), 1 Arrowsmith Court, 10 Station Approach, Broadstone BH18 8AT. We are the data controller for personal information collected through this website.
What we collect and why
When you contact us or submit the enquiry form we collect your name, contact details and the property address, solely to provide quotations, arrange inspections and deliver our professional services. We do not sell or share your information for marketing.
How long we keep it
Survey files are retained for the period required by our professional indemnity insurance and RICS regulation, after which they are securely deleted. Enquiry correspondence that does not lead to an instruction is deleted within 12 months.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing adam@robertssurveyors.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
